VERSE:
[Jesus said:] "If any man serve me, let him follow me; and where I am, there shall also my servant be: if any man serve me, him will my Father honour."
-- John 12:26
http://www.SearchGodsWord.org/desk/?query=John+12:26&translation=kjv

THOUGHT:
We can't out serve, out love, or out give Jesus. He longs to bless us. He longs to pour out heaven's riches and grace upon us.
Even more incredibly, he longs to honor us. When our lives are over, God the Father, LORD of the entire universe, will honor all who have served his Son and blessed others in Jesus' name!
Unbelievable? No, just another example of God's incredible grace!

PRAYER:
Loving Father and Holy God, please help me follow the will of Jesus and serve others in his name. Father, I know that I cannot earn your grace, but I want to serve others in Jesus' name and help them find your grace. In the name of the Lord Jesus I pray. Amen.

Keep your Vision Clear

Pastor Stephen T. Nichols has sent you a message on iseecolor

Praise the Lord my saints and friends!!!
I wanted to take a moment today and encourage you to keep your Vision clear. It's often very hard in today's world to stay focused. It seems that just about the time you get a clear direction for your life and ministry, some event or trouble comes that throws you off track. I'm sure the enemy loves this part of his job.

"A double minded man is unstable in all of his ways." If you find that your vision is rarely able to stay constant, you may need to work on some scheduling and planning exercises which would help you to stay focused. I personally do not use any electronic type of scheduler, but find that the old time paper calendar and pencil work best for me. I know that several of you love gadgets, but I have always held to the idea that a person is more likely to accomplish what they have written down.

Keeping a daily prayer time and writing down your ministry's goals will work towards keeping your vision alive. While people and situations will constantly cause your mind to go in different directions, your Vision for your life, ministry and church should stay constant.

My number 1 goal for the day - Have a Vision and keep it alive!

Have a great day in the Lord and enjoy your next season of purpose!

Love Your Brother in Christ,

The Poem - Power . submitted by Tony Meyer

I knelt to pray but not for long,
I had too much to do.
I had to hurry and get to work
For bills would soon be due.
So I knelt and said a hurried prayer,
And jumped up off my knees.
My Christian duty was now done
My soul could rest at ease.....
All day long I had no time
To spread a word of cheer
No time to speak of Christ to friends,
They'd laugh at me I'd fear.
No time, no time, too much to do,
That was my constant cry,
No time to give to souls in need
But at last the time, the time to die
I went before the Lord,
I came, I stood with downcast eyes.
For in his hands God! Held a book;
It was the book of life.
God looked into his book and said
"Your name I cannot find
I once was going to write it down...
But never found the time"

Serving God from Pastor Ben

Dear friend ,this is the message i preached last sunday in church.I read from 2samuel 24:24

Here David sinned against God by numbering Israel.God sent a plague in Israel for some time and later decided to have mercy on the people .He told Gad the prophet to tell David to go and offer a sacrifice for Him at the threshing flour of Araunah the jebusite .Araunah wanted to give it to David free of charge ,but David said he must not give any offering to God that did not cost him something. So,he bought it with a price.

Friend i want you to know that your service for the lord must cost you something. It cost God His only begotten son Jesus for you to be saved.

It will cost you the following to serve God:

1, Your time

2, Your strength and Energy

3,Your money..offering,tithe,seed
4,persecution

5,Your life..It cost many Apostles their lives

You are blessed.

Prayer for Noris

Revelations 3:8
When God leads you to the edge of the cliff, trust Him fully and let go, only 1 of 2 things will happen, either He'll catch you when you fall, or He'll teach you how to fly! 'The power of one sentence! God is going to shift things around for you today and let things work in your favor. If you believe, send it. If you don't believe, delete it. God closes doors no man can open & God opens doors no man can close. If you need God to open, some doors for you...send this on. Have a blessed day and remember to be a blessing...

The U in Jesus

THE U IN JESUS

Before U were thought of or time had begun, God stuck U in the name of His Son.

And each time U pray, you'll see it's true, You can't spell out JesUs and not include U.

You're a pretty big part of His wonderful name, For U, He was born; that's why He came.

And His great love for U is the reason He died.
It even takes U to spell crUcified.

Isn't it thrilling and splendidly grand He rose from the dead, with U in His plan?

The stones split away, the gold trUmpet blew, and this word resUrrection is spelled with a U.

When JesUs left earth at His upward ascension, He felt there was one thing He just had to mention.

"Go into the world and tell them it's true That I love them all - Just like I love U."

So many great people are spelled with a U, Don't they have a right to know JesUs too?

It all depends now on what U will do,
He'd like them to know,
But it all starts with U.

Will YOU pass it on?
When Jesus died on the cross he was thinking of you! If you are one of the 7% who will stand up for him, forward this.

93% of people won't forward

Do not Hurry ...from Alphonso Rodgers .

Alphonso Rodgers has sent you a message on GospelsAlive.com

Do not hurry. Sometimes we rush and hurry through life -- always trying to get quickly to the next place.

When Jesus Christ was here on this earth, He did not hurry. Even though He was the Son of God and had so much good to do for the world, He took time to spend with people. Once a woman who had been bleeding for years came up to Him and touched His clothing and was healed. Even though He was going somewhere else, He stopped and looked for her and spoke and ministered to her. He could have said "I am too busy and important and in such a hurry" -- but He slowed down and took time.

So you and I can slow down and take time to listen to Jesus.
These next few days, let us slow down a little bit and listen to God. Ask Christ how He would have you love someone around you. Spend some time with God; He is your heavenly Father and loves to spend time with you as His child.

This week, can I suggest that we pray

To Believe ....from Gerald Simmons a member

A message from Gerald Simmons to all members of Motivational Corner on StartupSpace!

To Believe...
By Unknown

To believe is to know that every day is a new beginning. It is to trust that miracles happen, and dreams really do come true.

To believe is to see angels dancing among the clouds, To know the wonder of a stardust sky and the wisdom of the man in the moon.

To believe is to know the value of a nurturing heart, The innocence of a child's eyes and the beauty of an aging hand, for it is through their teachings we learn to love.

To believe is to find the strength and courage that lies within us. When it is time to pick up the pieces and begin again.

To believe is to know we are not alone, That life is a gift and this is our time to cherish it. To believe is to know that wonderful surprises are just waiting to happen, And all our hopes and dreams are within reach.

If only we believe.

A PRECIOUS PROMISE

Philippians 3:8
http://www.SearchGodsWord.org/desk/?query=Philippians+3:8

Dear Father, Keeper of all your promises,

You have promised: "Be faithful unto death and I will give you a crown of life." Thank you for such a precious promise! You are so gracious to me!

Help me to count everything as loss for the surpassing worth of knowing Christ Jesus as my Lord. For his sake I would gladly suffer the loss of all things - at least I hope I would - and count them as refuse, in order that I may gain Christ and be found in him.

Father, you know my heart. You know that I don't want a righteousness of my own based on self-sufficient rule-keeping, but one which comes from trusting Christ.

I want the righteousness that you provide when I commit myself to your trustworthy care.

Assured of His Love

Assured Of His Love

Why should cares worry me
As I walk life's path each day?
When the presence of the Savior
Always guides my way

Even when the path is dark
And the cost might well be great
Assured of the love of Christ
For His return I wait

And as God's Word says
I press toward my goal
Forgiven of yesterday's sins
The Savior redeems my soul

When sickness and grief
Are mine to bear
There is no cause to worry
For the Savior is always there

And when death's shadow
Begins my life to dim
God's Son will take me Home
To spend Eternity with Him

Love Is Far More Various than Race

A message from Joel to all members of 40 and Over Club
Love Is Far More Various than Race

Love is far more various than race.
It goes much deeper than a person's skin.
It reaches to the heart, which is the same In all the human race. It is the name Of a hundred thousand feelings held within, Yearning to be consumed in an embrace.
How does one particular embrace
Become more intimate than one's own name?
How of all the humans in this race
Do we find the one whose spirit is the same?
Of course we love to touch our lover's skin, But what love touches is the soul within.
In marriage we must build one home within Two hearts, one world in an embrace.
What matters is the will and not the race, The choice to love what lies beneath the skin.
In every love the choice is just the same; Without it, love is nothing but a name.
How do we make love more than just a name?
How do we not tire of the skin
We touch every day? In the race
To succeed, how do we keep the embrace
From smothering the passion still within?
How do we make our days not all the same?
Love is the decision to embrace
One body, one soul, one universe, one name.
To give up all we are and have within
And share the world beneath another's skin.
Once we do, the world is not the same:
The love two share enriches the whole race.
This is how love intersects with race:
Humanity is held in your embrace.
Your love will never leave the world the same:
When it looks for peace, it calls your name.
Do not fear the politics of skin:
Choose love each day, and joy will reign within.
Within your love is all you need embrace.
Love caresses skin and values race.
Two in name, you are in love the same.

Now retired, he started when blacks were in the kitchen.

Amazing story. It would truly be sad if the stories he could tell are lost...
Simply Beautiful

Eugene Allen, 89, a retired White House butler, tries on his old tuxedo for a photo. Allen, who served eight presidents during a period when America 's racial history was being rewritten, is marveling at the election of Barack Obama.

Now retired, he started when blacks were in the kitchen.
By Wil Haygood
November 7, 2008

Reporting from Washington -- For more than three decades, Eugene Allen worked in the White House, a black man unknown to the headlines. During some of those years, harsh segregation laws lay upon the land.

He trekked home every night to his wife, Helene, who kept him out of her kitchen.
At the White House, he worked closer to the dirty dishes than to the Oval Office. Helene didn't care; she just beamed with pride.

President Truman called him Gene. President Ford liked to talk golf with him. He saw eight presidential administrations come and go, often working six days a week.

"I never missed a day of work," Allen said.

He was there while racial history was made: Brown vs. Board of Education, the Little Rock school crisis, the 1963 March on Washington , the cities burning, the civil rights bills, the assassinations.

When he started at the White House in 1952, he couldn't even use the public restrooms when he ventured back to his native Virginia . "We had never had anything," Allen, 89, recalled of black America at the time. "I was always hoping things would get better."

In its long history, the White House -- note the name -- has had a complex and vexing relationship with black Americans.

"The history is not so uneven at the lower level, in the kitchen," said Ted Sorensen, who served as counselor to President Kennedy. "In the kitchen, the folks have always been black. Even the folks at the door -- black."

Before Gene Allen landed his White House job, he worked as a waiter at a resort in Hot Springs , Va. , and then at a country club in Washington .

He and wife Helene, 86, were sitting in the living room of their Washington home. Her voice was musical, in a Lena Horne kind of way. She called him "Honey." They met at a birthday party in 1942. He was too shy to ask for her number, so she tracked his down. They married a year later.

In 1952, a lady told him of a job opening in the White House. "I wasn't even looking for a job," he said. "I was happy where I was working, but she told me to go on over there and meet with a guy by the name of Alonzo Fields."

Fields was a maitre d', and he immediately liked Allen.

Allen was offered a job as a "pantry man." He washed dishes, stocked cabinets and shined silverware. He started at $2,400 a year.

There was, in time, a promotion to butler. "Shook the hand of all the presidents I ever worked for," he said.

"I was there, honey," Helene said. "In the back maybe. But I shook their hands too." She was referring to White House holiday parties, Easter egg hunts.

They have one son, Charles, who works as an investigator with the State Department..

"President Ford's birthday and my birthday were on the same day," he said. "He'd have a birthday party at the White House. Everybody would be there. And Mrs. Ford would say, 'It's Gene's birthday too!' "

And so they'd sing a little ditty to the butler. And the butler, who wore a tuxedo to work every day, would blush.

"Jack Kennedy was very nice," he went on. "And so was Mrs. Kennedy."

He was in the White House kitchen the day Kennedy was slain. He got an invitation to the funeral. But he volunteered for other duty: "Somebody had to be at the White House to serve everyone after they came from the funeral."

The whole family of President Carter made Helene chuckle: "They were country. And I'm talking Lillian and Rosalynn both." It came out as the highest compliment.

First Lady Nancy Reagan came looking for him in the kitchen one day. She wanted to remind him about the upcoming state dinner for German Chancellor Helmut Kohl. She told him he would not be working that night.

"She said, 'You and Helene are coming to the state dinner as guests of President Reagan and myself.' I'm telling you! I believe I'm the only butler to get invited to a state dinner."

Husbands and wives don't sit together at these events, and Helene was nervous about trying to make small talk with world leaders. "And my son said, 'Momma, just talk about your high school. They won't know the difference.'

"The senators were all talking about the colleges and universities that they went to," she said. "I was doing as much talking as they were.

"Had champagne that night," she said, looking over at her husband.

He just grinned: He was the man who stacked the champagne at the White House.

Colin L. Powell would become the highest ranking black of any White House to that point when he was named Reagan's national security advisor in 1987. Condoleezza Rice would have that position under President George W. Bush.

Gene Allen was promoted to maitre d' in 1980. He left the White House in 1986, after 34 years. President Reagan wrote him a sweet note. Nancy Reagan hugged him tight.

Interviewed at their home last week, Gene and Helene speculated about what it would mean if a black man were elected president.

"Just imagine," she said.

"It'd be really something," he said.

"We're pretty much past the going-out stage," she said. "But you never know. If he gets in there, it'd sure be nice to go over there again."

They talked about praying to help Barack Obama get to the White House. They'd go vote together. She'd lean on her cane with one hand, and him with the other, while walking down to the precinct. And she'd get supper going afterward. They went over their election day plans more than once.

"Imagine," she said.

"That's right," he said.

On Monday, Helene had a doctor's appointment. Gene woke and nudged her once, then again.. He shuffled around to her side of the bed. He nudged Helene again.

He was all alone.

"I woke up and my wife didn't," he said later.

Some friends and family members rushed over. He wanted to make coffee. They had to shoo the butler out of the kitchen.

The lady he married 65 years ago will be buried today.

The butler cast his vote for Obama on Tuesday. He so missed telling his Helene about the black man bound for the Oval Office.

Inner Peace - Guy Jazzy Rainey

Inner Peace
Retreating to the stillness of my soul, I experience absolute peace.

When life seems hectic, it's time for me to redirect my thoughts to the presence of God within me.

To experience God's peace-giving presence, I can either take a break for a few moments in the silence or set aside a longer time for prayer. Or I may go away for a tranquil weekend of spiritual reflection and renewal.
In the stillness of these quiet times, I commune with God.

God is my strength and my sustenance, and as I spend these quiet moments realizing my connection with God, peace wells up from within.

Retreating to the stillness of my soul, I experience absolute peace. I am refreshed and revitalized--ready to greet my day and the people around me with a smile on my face and joy in my heart.

Without Intention - Enoch Tan

Without intention, there is no manifestation. Physical reality is created by psychic forces. The universal mind expresses itself through the individual mind. Our every thought alters reality. You are a co-creator with God. The world exists by the collective intention of the people for it to exist. When people remove their intention, the world would disappear. Our purpose here is to be creators. Only a creator possesses the faculties of higher intellect and will. That is what separates us from all other creatures.

The universe is held together by the word or intention of God. When God removes his word or spirit, the universe would cease to exist. The word or intention of God goes forth to accomplish what it’s sent to do, and does not return to him void. Therefore we do not have to fear or worry that our own intentions return to us void. The intention we send forth will accomplish what it’s sent to do, so long as we do not send conflicting intentions. We have the power to create and this is the truth we must fully realize.
A master takes no credit. If people’s lives are changed, it is they that did it. He knows that he does nothing. Everything that a master does comes from a place of being. His actions are a naturally expression of who he is. His work is inspired and divine. Other people who come into contact with him are affected ultimately in a positive way. It takes two hands to clap. A master does what he wishes to do and the result of benefiting others is based on their response to his actions. He credits them for changing.

We are all one in Christ Jesus!

VERSE:
Nevertheless neither is the man without the woman, neither the woman without the man, in the Lord.
-- 1 Corinthians 11:11
http://www.SearchGodsWord.org/desk/?query=1+Corinthians+11:11&translation=kjv

THOUGHT:
"We are all one in Christ Jesus!" Paul told the Galatians (Gal.
3:26-29). Satan, however, constantly tries to divide God's people.
One of his most effective means of division has been to divide men and women -- whether in families or churches. Paul reminds us that if Jesus is our Lord, we recognize we need each other and we are committed to placing value on each other. Rather than letting Satan divide us through our differences, we choose to unite around our Savior!

PRAYER:
Holy God, in whose image I am made, please give me the courage to value and esteem all others as you value me. In Jesus' name I pray. Amen.

Exodus 13:3 - Stength

Exodus 13:3 (King James Version)

And Moses said unto the people, Remember this day, in which ye came out from Egypt, out of the house of bondage; for by strength of hand the LORD brought you out from this place: there shall no leavened bread be eaten.

Dear Father, my support in battle,

Help me stand, having put on my body the garments of TRUTH and the bullet-proof vest of the RIGHTEOUSNESS OF JESUS, having put on my feet the combat boots of PREPARATION IN THE GOOD NEWS OF PEACE, and besides these, having taken in hand the shield of TRUST IN GOD. (I feel like I need a gas mask of DISCERNMENT to protect me from the poison of Satan's propaganda.) Give me the wisdom that comes with the helmet of SALVATION and the zeal to take up the assault weapon of the SPIRIT, THE SPOKEN WORD OF GOD.

With all these in place, let me stand my ground . . . and fight!

In the name of Jesus, the forger of our armor, I pray. Amen.

Novas Coisas

Aprender novas coisas a cada dia,
Novos caminhos, novas amizades,
Inventar novos jeitos de ser você.
Ver o que está além do horizonte,
Elevando-se sobre o mar da rotina.
Reunir tudo isso dentro de você
Significa ter uma certeza:
Áureos dias e anos estão pela frente,
Realizações estão por serem conquistadas.
Isso tudo se resume numa verdade simples:
O melhor da vida é viver."

"Ter coragem não é algo que requeira
qualificações excepcionais,

É uma oportunidade que,

é apresentada para cada um de nós."

God Bless Miriam Makeba

South African musical legend Miriam Makeba dies

By CELEAN JACOBSON – 1 hour ago

JOHANNESBURG, South Africa (AP) — She died just how she wanted to — singing on stage for a good cause. And her songs wafted out of taxis and radios, as fellow Africans struggled with their grief at her passing.

Miriam Makeba, the "Mama Africa" whose sultry voice gave South Africans hope when the country was gripped by apartheid, died early Monday of a heart attack after collapsing on stage in Italy. She was 76.

In her dazzling career, Makeba performed with musical legends from around the world — jazz maestros Nina Simone and Dizzy Gillespie, Harry Belafonte, Paul Simon — and sang for world leaders such as John F. Kennedy and Nelson Mandela.

Her distinctive style, which combined jazz, folk and South African township rhythms, managed to get her banned from South Africa for over 30 years.

"Her haunting melodies gave voice to the pain of exile and dislocation which she felt for 31 long years. At the same time, her music inspired a powerful sense of hope in all of us," Mandela said in a statement.

He said it was "fitting" that her last moments were spent on stage.

Makeba collapsed after singing one of her most famous hits "Pata Pata," her family said. Her grandson, Nelson Lumumba Lee, was with her as well as her longtime friend, Italian promoter Roberto Meglioli.

"Whilst this great lady was alive she would say: 'I will sing until the last day of my life'," the family statement said.

Makeba died at the Pineta Grande clinic in Castel Volturno, near the southern city of Naples, after singing at a concert in solidarity with six immigrants from Ghana who were shot to death in September in the town. Investigators have blamed the attack on organized crime.

The death of "Mama Africa" sent shock waves through South Africa, where callers flooded local radio stations with their recollections of her. In Guinea, where Makeba lived most of her decades in exile, radio and television stations played mournful music and tributes to their adopted icon.

The first African to win a Grammy award, Makeba started singing in Sophiatown, a cosmopolitan neighborhood of Johannesburg that was a cultural hotspot in the 1950s before its black residents were forcibly removed by the apartheid government.

She then teamed up with South African jazz trumpeter Hugh Masekela — later her first husband — and her rise to international prominence started in 1959 when she starred in the anti-apartheid documentary "Come Back, Africa."

When she tried to fly home for her mother's funeral the following year, she discovered her passport had been revoked.

In 1963, Makeba appeared before the U.N. Special Committee on Apartheid to call for an international boycott of South Africa. The white-led South African government responded by banning her records, including hits like "Pata Pata," "The Click Song" ("Qongqothwane" in Xhosa), and "Malaika."

Makeba received the Grammy Award for Best Folk Recording in 1966 together with Belafonte for "An Evening With Belafonte/Makeba." The album dealt with the political plight of black South Africans under apartheid.

Thanks to her close relationship with Belafonte, she received star status in the United States and performed for President Kennedy at his birthday party in 1962. But she fell briefly out of favor when she married black power activist Stokely Carmichael — later known as Kwame Ture — and moved to Guinea in the late 1960s.

Besides working with Simone and Gillespie, she also appeared with Paul Simon at his "Graceland" concert in Zimbabwe in 1987.

After three decades abroad, Makeba was invited back to South Africa by Mandela shortly after his release from prison in 1990 as white racist rule crumbled.

"It was like a revival," she said about going home. "My music having been banned for so long, that people still felt the same way about me was too much for me. I just went home and I cried."

Tributes flooded in Monday from across Africa.

Congo's minister of culture, Esdras Kambale, called Makeba a role model for all Africans.

"We are very saddened," Kambale said. "Fortunately, she left a large body of music that will be immortal."

Percussionist Papa Kouyate — who played in Makeba's band for 20 years and is the widower of her daughter Bongi — remembered Makeba as a giving person.

"I married her daughter Bongi and she adopted me as her own child," he said. "I will mourn Mama Africa for a long time."

Still, Makeba attracted controversy by lending support to dictators such as Togo's Gnassingbe Eyadema and Felix Houphouet-Boigny from Ivory Coast, performing at political campaigns for them even as they violently suppressed democratic movements in West Africa in the early 90s.

The first person to give her refuge was Guinea's former President Ahmed Sekou Toure, who has been accused in the slaughtering of 10 percent of his country's population.

Makeba insisted, however, that her songs were not deliberately political.

"I'm not a political singer," she insisted in an interview with Britain's Guardian newspaper earlier this year. "I don't know what the word means. People think I consciously decided to tell the world what was happening in South Africa. No! I was singing about my life, and in South Africa we always sang about what was happening to us — especially the things that hurt us."

Makeba announced her retirement three years ago, but despite a series of farewell concerts she never stopped performing. When she turned 75 last year, she said she would sing for as long as possible.

Makeba is survived by her grandchildren, Nelson Lumumba Lee and Zenzi Monique Lee, and her great-grandchildren Lindelani, Ayanda and Kwame. A funeral will be held in South Africa, but details have not yet been announced.

Photographer Jurgen Schadeberg, who shot widely acclaimed pictures of Makeba for Drum magazine in the 50s, felt she epitomized the era where politics and culture collided in a heady mix.

"We are losing our great divas," he lamented by telephone from France.

Amazing, Truly Amazing Grace!
Bishop E. Earl Jenkins
"By Grace you have been saved" Ephesians 2:5 NAS Have you any idea of the mess you were in, or moving toward, when God reached down and saved you? Perhaps an illustration may help you get the picture. If you took your children to a petting zoo and a little lamb came running towards you, you probably wouldn't be afraid at all because lambs are harmless. You might even reach out your hand and let the lamb lick it.
But let's say you're at the zoo and the alarm goes out that a lion has escaped from its cage. If you're standing there and that lion comes running towards you, you'll be terrified and start to run because you know what lions can do. But just suppose that the runaway lion corners you in one part of the zoo and comes up to you - but instead of attacking you it gently licks your hand the way the lamb did. If that happened whose gentleness would you appreciate more, the lamb's or the lion's? You'd appreciate the lion's gentleness more because you know that he could just as easily have destroyed you without violating his nature as a lion.
Well, grace is God's kindness and gentleness to us when He could have backed us into a corner as guilty sinners and destroyed us without violating His holy character. But God wanted to make us His children, so instead of expressing His wrath against us, He poured it out upon His own sinless Son on the cross. Jesus took our punishment so God could embrace us. Hence, we have a brand-new relationship with God through grace. Isn't that amazing!

God's Love -Written by Betty Jo Mings

God's Love

God loved me in the Springtime,
When life was fresh and new.
Though I was weak and childish,
His caring saw me through.

God loved me in the Summer,
When I would plunge headlong
Through all my foolish choices,
Yet still His love was strong.

God loved me in the Autumn.
Each time I turned around
And asked for His forgiveness,
His steady arms I found.

God loves me in the Winter.
Each day I feel love's glow.
I'm constantly astounded
That He should love me so!

Dear Father, King, and Commander of the holy armies,

Though you have lifted me up to reign in the heavenly places with Christ, remind me that your armies are engaged in a fierce struggle to take earth for heaven.

Don't let me relax as if there is no war going on. This is not a time of peace. Never let me let down my guard and fail to look to my armament. May I be strong in you and in the strength of your might!

In the name of Jesus, the faithful warrior, I pray. Amen.

Comfort - Guy Jazzy Rainey

Guy Jazzy Rainey has sent you a message

Comfort
The indwelling spirit of God loves and supports me always.

God is my strength, my guide, my all. God is the promise that when life's situations and events become difficult, transformation and recovery are possible. I am comforted as I pray and release my life into God's care.

When I think of others who may need comfort and strength in order to respond to life in attentive and effective ways, I affirm that God is life within them expressing as them. All good is possible. And as I meditate on the good, I hold thoughts of comfort and strength for each person.

The promise is not that there will be an absolute absence of difficulty, but that the indwelling spirit of God loves and supports us in each moment. Comforted by this awareness, I give thanks for life ongoing.

Have a blessed day.

A Friend of Our Network - Your Own Creation

Jerry Butler has sent you a message on iseecolor

“ YOU ARE YOUR OWN CREATION...START CREATING...JB”
Direct the outcome and then let it go. We have the power, the absolute ultimate power to direct every outcome in our life. There is a process for doing this. The first is to be aware and believe that it is possible. The second is to start experimenting with how to direct the outcomes in your life. Actually, the second is to be aware of everything that is coming up in your life whether it is for the day, for the week, for the month, for the year, and direct the outcome you desire. This is about being a conscious creator.

Taking the time to direct every encounter, experience, situation and outcome is powerful. Before going to a place, meeting someone or doing something, simply get clear in your mind as to what you desire the outcome to be and then direct it to be so in your mind. It may not work all the time but it does work a lot, and the more you get in the habit of using it, the more it will work. How many times do we go into a situation without much forethought? We don’t really think clearly about what outcome we want.

Protected - sent from our members

Protected
God's love guides me on safe and secure pathways.

In autumn a blanket of leaves offers a mantle of protection to all the diversity of life on the floor of a forest. The fallen leaves have a purpose that becomes clearer when new life springs forth after winter's respite.

My prayer times fill me with the assurance that I am enfolded in the love of God. During these moments, I nurture feelings of safety and security, gaining a new sense of certainty. I am always in the his presence.

Dialing Old Numbers - UNCENSORED EMOTIONS Jordana Ryan

I'm dialing old numbers,
Finding old friends,
Trying to find me,
That I left way back when.
I'm looking at pictures,
Seeing old faces.
Steps I'm retracing,
Memories so vivid.
I still hear the voices,
People who've left me.
Old laughter rises,
At words spoken,
Tears fall from my eyes,
So many goodbye's.
I hang up the phone,
Stare vacantly ahead.
Startled by the ringing,
Of the phone by my bed.
The voice on the line,
So familiar to me.
A voice from my past,
Quietly says,
I'm dialing old numbers,
Finding old friends,
Trying to find me,
That I left way back when.

Giving expression to my inner Christ nature, I lead by example.

The Christ Spirit within me is my all in all that matters. The inner perfection of my Christ nature moves out to be a part of what I say and do to the degree that I am willing to let that happen. And I am willing to be the best Christ in expression that I can be.

As I give expression to divine qualities of love and patience, wisdom and compassion, I am blessed and I bless others. I learn more each day about what helps me and what might also help others. I do not push with advice. I lead by example.

I am an example of good that comes from giving expression to the Christ within. Living from my divine nature, I invite others to let their inner light shine in wonderful, empowering ways.

Guiseppe Marivo - GOVERNO GLOBAL DA HUMANIDADE -

do infinito, Deus medita
no silencio absoluto
em companhia das estrelas,
enviando sua vibração
pelo universo para espalhar no mundo
a fé na vida...

Quando a fé, se concentra no divino,
Deus estica a mão, concedendo o milagre,
e a paz toma conta do coração,
deixando a alma conhecer a luz.

O som da criação é a canção,
que os anjos reunidos
recitam, quando trazem
para o nosso mundo
um pedido de Deus.

Deus precisa de um Brasil
em harmonia, para as transformações
que os arcanjos anunciaram,
para quando o espírito estiver preparado
para receber a benção divina...

Anjos, espalham milagres
acordando o Brasil
que dorme de olhos abertos,
e acabam sonhando
com o amor, que conduz
nosso povo até o paraíso colorido da paz.

O amor infinito encontra nos corações
sedento de fé, o templo
de vivo de Deus, que recebe do espírito
Santo, a benção cósmica da paz..

At www.everydayguy.tv, we receive a host of messages from our members with words of inspiration, we wish to share some of them with you. Over the next coming days, we will begin to share, photos, written words, videos and other content sent to us from our members and other sources.

It should be clear that what we publish is fully meant to inspire and strengthen the reader. We hope that you find this blog as a source of power and energy to enlighten your day; motivation to achieve your goal; energy to handle the trials and tribulations that life brings.

The following message was received from one of our members. I wanted to share it with you!
